Crystals are one of nature's true gifts. Each one contains energy to support, empower, and heal us on many levels. Whilst I have had a love for crystals for a long time now, it has been over the past five years that my love and knowledge of them has evolved. I even completed an advanced level of crystal healing in 2021 to support myself and my healing work.
