Overview: Energy flows where attention goes
This week’s reading was inspired by images from the Psychic Tarot for the Heart by John Holland. The card I’ve randomly chosen for the overall theme this week relates to your attention and where it is going. Are you focusing on the past and the things you cannot change? Are you focusing on what you don’t want instead of what you do want? This week gives you the opportunity to press the reset button. Take it with all that you have and start directing your energy and attention in the direction of where you want to be and go. It’s the first step to getting there. Next comes the action!
Image 1: Face the world
This week the angels encourage you to look up and face the world. Do you find yourself walking or going through life with your head held down? Do you shy away from meeting the gaze of others? Do you retreat from meeting life and all that it has to offer? Are you letting your insecurities hold you back from following your heart? If so, it is especially important for you to take notice of your physical stance this week. Walk with your head held high. Look up and notice what is around you. Stand or sit with your shoulders back and your back straight. And above all else, put a smile on your face. You may be amazed by how different you feel just by changing your physical posture. If confidence has been or is holding you back put an invisible cloak of armour around yourself every morning. You can even call Archangel Michael in to help give you that little boost of protection. Additionally, if you are facing a current situation or problem, rather than pretend that it is not happening or that you are fine if you are not, the first step to overcoming it is to admit it. From there, anything is possible!

This week the angels herald an opportunity for you to spin the wheel. What does that mean? Well basically it means that the next part of your life journey is up to you. You get to set the tone, the goal and the focus for what you want to do and where you want to go. You can be the one that places the wheel where you want it or you can leave it to chance and let the wheel of life decide for you, but it may not be what you truly want – or need. If you like to gamble you might take the chance but if you want a guaranteed chance of success, you are better off being the one in control of where the wheel lands. Additionally, if you have been scattering your energy, time and/or focus in multiple areas you may not be getting the results you want. Narrow down what you are spending your time and energy on. When you put more quality time and energy into your priorities there is a much greater chance of you getting the success you seek. Think about what you want, work out what you need to do to make it happen and that becomes your plan. Then it’s up to you to execute it with precision.

This week the angels bring forth a message of ascension. It is time for you to move up in the world. This could be in regard to your career, your relationship, your learning, your knowledge, your attitude, your visibility, your spirituality, any number of things. Whatever it is, get ready to take things to the next level. Don’t let fear hold you back, just take things one step at a time and everything will be fine. You’ll soon see that what you fear is far worse in your head than in reality. Keep moving towards your goals and stay true to your heart and what it is you want to have or achieve. Your ascension may be in the form of learning or growing or in the form of sharing your knowledge and growth with others. Follow your intuition. If you have felt guided to study or do something, go for it. If you have felt guided to start a group or teach in some way, do it. If you come from your heart and follow your joy, there will be wonderful people and experiencing waiting for you along the way. Additionally, there are people around you that you can trust so give thanks for those who are loyal to you and give them your loyalty in return.

Your energy is heightened and is growing in power, from within and without. Ensure that you are using this to benefit you and others because it is quite powerful and if not harnessed correctly can create more harm than good, and in your heart of hearts you don’t want that. Your light, which is your power, comes from within. It grows when you stop being a victim, when you take full responsibility for yourself and the choices you make, and you stop blaming others or pointing out their flaws. None of us are perfect and we never will be. Bring your attention back to you and your journey and let your power grow in amazing ways. Take this power and the knowledge you have and bring awareness and understanding to others. You can guide the way for those who aren’t able to find theirs just yet. Life is always moving and turning and you are embarking upon the next cycle in your journey.
