Overview Message:
What choices have you made? What actions have you taken? What experiences have shaped you?
From there, it becomes a powerful moment to ask ourselves: Where do I want to go next? Whether we are looking ahead to the next year, five years, or ten, this is an opportunity to map the journey between where we are and where we long to be.
When we look back, we may notice things we would do differently. Some of us may feel regret, others simply a quiet knowing that something could have been done in another way. Please don’t judge yourself. The angels encourage us to meet these reflections with kindness, compassion and understanding.
It is a journey inward this week. An opportunity to look at our life through the eyes of love, not judgment. The past holds lessons, not punishments. Those lessons are gifts we can bring into the now to shape a more aligned future.
All that we are searching for — peace, love, joy, abundance, strength, confidence — already lives within us. When we stop looking outward and turn inward, we remember who we truly are. We remember our connection to the divine and the truth of our soul.
So this week, make space. Even just five minutes a day. Put down the phone, turn off the TV, step away from the noise and distractions. Place your hands on your heart, breathe deeply, and connect, with yourself, with your angels, with spirit. The guidance is here. The love is here. The support is here.

Allow time and space for this healing. You don’t need to do anything fancy. Even lying in bed before sleep, placing your hands on your heart and calling in healing energy can shift things. Invite it in. Let yourself receive.
You may also be called to be the healing presence for someone else, not as a professional healer necessarily, but as a friend, a loved one, a compassionate soul. Your words, your hugs, your presence; they all have the power to soothe and support.
This is a week for you to work through fears, doubts, and worries. Be honest about what’s been on your heart. What’s holding you back from moving forward? Create moments of stillness to reflect and gently release.
The future is created in the now. The choices you make today are building the life you are walking into tomorrow. Be intentional. Be present. Be kind with yourself.
Affirmation: I create space for healing and peace. With every breath, I release fear and welcome faith.

Let your focus return to you. What do you want? How do you want to feel? Let that be your guide.
There is a strong message to clear the clutter from your mind. You may have been overthinking, stuck in the past, or focusing on what you don’t want. Gently bring yourself back to the present.
What would help you feel lighter? The image this week brought a feeling of being at the beach with the warm sun on the skin, a soft breeze, the sound of waves. That sense of calm and spaciousness. How can you create that feeling for yourself? Whether it’s a bath, a walk in nature, time with a loved one, or getting creative, prioritise what brings you peace. Shift from your head to your heart and let your choices reflect how you want to feel.
Affirmation: I release what I can’t control. I let go and flow with life, anchored in peace and lightness.

Take one step at a time. Even the smallest step counts. This isn’t a race so there is no rush. Just a steady commitment to keep moving forward is all that is needed.
You are being guided to bring balance into your life. Where have you been giving too much of your time and energy to others, or to things that drain you? It’s time to honour yourself. Bring more focus to your own dreams and wellbeing.
Your intuition will show you where things are out of alignment. Trust it. Trust yourself. You have the strength, the desire, the hope, and all the energy you need is available to you when you take that next step with intention.
