Image 1: Today the angels encourage you to release and let go of any poison in your life. This may be a feeling that you are holding on to, a memory, a grudge, some sort of pain or hurt. Or it may be a physical substance such as alcohol, drugs, unhealthy foods, or a person in your life that is toxic. Whatever or whoever it is, now is the time for you to move on from this. You have the opportunity for healing so allow yourself to face the truth and do what you know needs to be done.

Spirit and the angels want nothing but the very best for you and are working to bring you changes that allow you to work towards living the life that your heart desires.
