Your emotions are a powerful indicator of what is going on for you personally and rather than ignore them or stuff them down with a distraction, you will gain so much more from acknowledging them. Use how you feel to guide you to any changes that you need to make, either in your thinking or your actions. Communicate your feelings with others as a gift of letting those you care about in to that sacred space you hold within yourself. It is safe to be you.

They ask that you do your part by keeping your thoughts and your beliefs at the highest possible vibration. Believe in yourself. Believe in life. Believe in spirit, and believe in your worthiness to have what it is you desire. The more you believe the easier it is to attract the support you need and the outcomes you want.
